Alpha Driving School LLC – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in our services and using our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description

Alpha Driving School LLC provides DMV-approved driver education, including:

• Behind-the-wheel instruction

• Re-examination courses

• Adult waiver program

• Online driver education and improvement clinics

2. Payment & Refunds

• Payment is required at the time of registration.

• Refunds must be requested in writing before the course begins (minus a $25 processing fee).

• No refunds are provided once instruction has started.

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 late cancellation fee.

3. Course Completion

• Students must complete all required hours and assessments to receive certificates.

• Completion does not guarantee passing DMV tests.

4. SMS & Email Communication

By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:

• Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form.

• Data Usage: We use your data solely for replying to:

  • Appointment Confirmations

  • Course Updates

  • Customer Support and Follow-ups

  • Important Service Notifications

  • Registration Confirmations

  • Responses to Questions

  • Conversational Messaging

  • Scheduling

• Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

• Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

• MESSAGES AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY: Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

• Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.

• Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at anytime by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or CANCEL to contact@alpha-driving-school.com or (703) 634-6340. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

• You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our Phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.

• Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Alpha Driving School will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.

  Message frequency: 1–4 messages/month

  Text HELP for help. Text STOP or CANCEL to unsubscribe.

5. Opt-In and Opt-Out

• Opt-in occurs when you submit a course registration form, request information, or contact us.

• You can opt out at any time by texting STOP or CANCEL, or text HELP for assistance.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses during training. Students must follow all safety rules and instructor directions.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
