Alpha Driving School - Policies & Terms of Service

1. Payment Policy:

- Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.

- All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

- A confirmation receipt will be sent to your email after payment is completed.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

- Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted in writing. If a student cancels before instruction begins, a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee will be issued. No refunds will be provided once a session has started.

- Cancellations: Students must cancel or reschedule behind-the-wheel lessons at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $25 late cancellation fee.

- No-Show Policy: If a student fails to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling Policy:

- Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.

- Multiple reschedules may result in a $10 administrative fee.

4. Course Completion Policy:

- Students must complete all required course hours and pass any necessary assessments to receive a completion certificate.

- The school does not guarantee that completing the course will result in passing the DMV exam.

- A $35 fee applies for replacement of any lost completion certificates.

5. Privacy Policy:

- Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing your registration and providing driver education services.

- We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

- All payment transactions are encrypted and secure.

6. SMS & Email Communication Policy:

- By opting in, you agree to receive appointment reminders and important course updates via SMS or email.

- You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to SMS messages or unsubscribing from emails.

7. Liability Waiver:

- Alpha Driving School is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during instruction.

- Students are required to follow all safety guidelines and instructor directions at all times.
