Course Details

An instructor-led in-person program for Virginia students under 18 completing the in-car portion of driver education. Training takes place across seven scheduled days, with driving practice and observation each day.

Seven scheduled training days: 50 minutes of driving + 50 minutes of observation each day
Virginia road test included
Free pick-up & drop-off in Loudoun, Fairfax, and Prince William counties

Requirements

•Provide a photocopy of a valid Virginia learner's permit
•Bring the original DEC 1 card issued by your high school
•Complete 45 hours of prior driving experience before starting the course

After registration, an instructor will call or text you within 1–2 business days to schedule your first session. Training dates are arranged with the instructor.

What this course covers

This registration is for the in-car Behind The Wheel course and its included Virginia road test. It does not include the separate 30-hour online Driver Education course.
